On YouTube today – I climbed a “mountain” to tell you this!

Hi Everyone,

I took a little field trip today to tell you some bookish things. I hope you’ll head over to see me!

Thanks for visiting – come back soon!

    1. I did! There’s another one – Grandma Gatewood’s Walk – I haven’t read that one though. Thanks for stopping by, Jeff! It could be a good day for a hike – the day has improved since I got up this morning- 18 degrees.

  1. Oh man, I was waiting for you to break into song and start singing The Sound of Music, Barbara! Way to switch it up, girl! I’d love to run up and down that hill. 🙂 Into Thin Air sounds good.

    1. Hi Jill, thanks so much for watching. I wasn’t sure how it was going to work out and it had to be a “one take” performance because I was a little self conscious up there for all the neighbors to see! My kids had so much fun running up and down that hill. You should see it in the winter. We are sledding central! Yes, I think I will try to read Into Thin Air in 2019. Thanks for commenting. Hope you are doing well!

  2. Barbara, I am enjoying your utube videos, especially today’s. This made me think of “Go Tell it on the Mountain” by James Baldwin, which I read in high school (too many years ago) and always wanted to reread as an adult. Thanks for the reminder and “happy trails.”

  3. Thanks for the book tips, Barbara. Were those Canada Geese? 😉
There’s a beautiful change of scenery for your YouTube channel for sure! And here I was picturing your house crowded in by other houses. Wish you were close enough to visit. 🙂

    1. Oh I do believe your geese have settled in here for the winter! We have geese all year long but there are a lot more here now. We are lucky to live in a spread out development but sadly, there are many new ones going in here with houses very close together and narrow streets. And yes, I think we would have such a nice visit, you and I! 😀☕️🍪

Tell me what you're thinking!
