On YouTube today – opening up some new wall tapestries

Hi Everyone – I’m over on YouTube today opening up some new wall tapestries – a bookish one and something a little tamer than the one I’ve been using. I love those things!

Thanks for visiting – come back soon!

    1. Hi Jill – I still have all mine. I also have a kilt collection. I break out the scarves every now and then – but I mostly wear them as belts. Thanks for reading and watching, Jill. Hope you have a nice weekend. 🙂

    1. Hi MIshchenko – I think I like that one better too. The third one that I’d ordered, then canceled was of baby goats. I have a thing for those. But it must have been a popular one because of the backlog. Thanks for the visit and for watching my video! 🙂

  1. I love, love that you include your readers in your “unveilings,” so cool. I take photos from inside my house (bookcase) or outside (a patio shot) to use as a virtual background when I do Zoom calls.

You evidently love silky fabrics, as I do. I still have a stash of scarves from when I was teaching. They are lying idle since I rarely dress up anymore. Great, Barbara!

    1. Hi Marian – oh taking those photos to use as a vitual background is a great idea! I bet that looks really nice as a virtual background. Yes, what should we do with all our scarves? Maybe make a wall tapestry out of them 😉 Thanks for stopping by and for watching my video!

    1. Haha! It all started when my college son got one. It looked great on his wall. This was pre-COVID and I didn’t think about it much. But now with everyone trying to find a good place in the house for Zoom calls, our basement is an option, but the background needed some spiffing up! Thanks for stopping by and yes, those weights are really great for my old-person workout!

  2. I love your tapestries, Barb. I have one of books, too, but it has lit candles on the shelves. I also have one of a starry night. They are fun! 🌼🥰

  3. I love those, especially the book one. I can’t wait to see it in use. I also enjoyed your commentary. I felt like I was visiting you.

    1. Hi Darlene – thank you for commenting. It was a spur of the moment video – I hadn’t even taken a shower and I was standing in our well-worn basement (raising for boys will do that). I told one of my sons yesterday that I have the new setting, now I need something to talk about – haha!

Tell me what you're thinking!
