  1. Barbara, this is great! I slipped into discovering a YouTube channel for myself when I wanted to show off my book trailer video in 2020. Then I put other videos related to my book on the channel. When I wanted to record snippets from our travels, I realized I needed to create separate files (albums). I have had no formal training. What success I’ve had would be credited to hit & miss.

Thanks for the additional info, which I surely need.

    1. Hi Marian – yes, I’ve checked out some of your travel videos and have enjoyed them. I wish I had more time to devote to YouTube. It’s definitely a learn as you go kind of place. Thanks for stopping by! Hope you are doing something fun this weekend. 🙂

  2. Hi Barbara, I couldn’t see anywhere to comment there so I’ve come back here. I think your advice about making YT videos is very sound. I used to obsess about getting every word right but now I go with the flow unless I really fluff it.

    1. Hi Robbie – thank you for reading my interview. I used to practice, a lot! But I don’t anymore, but I do think about what I’m going to say and then I just wing it. I enjoy your videos – you are very natural on the screen!

Tell me what you're thinking!
